All of the systems designed at Walco are user friendly.

We don't use proprietary equipment. All parts are readily available for ease of repair or replacement.

Our enclosures are built using the appropriate electrical codes and every wire is labeled with a unique number. All field connections are easily accessible at customer terminals.

Detailed documents follow each project from start to final QC. Copies are available upon request. Quality control checks are performed throughout the process by our Engineering team. At completion, Point-to-Point and Power On tests are performed.

Engineering Expertise

We have a full in-house engineering staff should you require system support. A team will be assembled that is matched to your specific needs.

Our engineering staff has expertise in multiple disciplines and brands of equipment and will work with you to find a solution best suited to your application.

Flexibility is important and we will work with your staff or independently to find the right solution. With full In-house Engineering and drafting capabilities, you can supply preliminary design drawings and we can provide post– production design changes and mark-ups or bring your concept to us and we will design an application for you.

Installation/Start-up

Should you require physical installation of the system our team will:

  • Transport the new equipment
  • Remove the existing components
  • Install the new panels and Complete electrical interconnections, as required
  • Supervision of any outside contractors to coordinate proper installation
